It's been a quick month for us!
Reagan attended the two day Spinning Babies class in Houston with Emma Moreland this month. The amount of knowledge that she learned about supporting physiological birth was unmatched.
While the basics of Spinning Babies is taught in most doula training, a two day intensive really changed perspective on this amazing skill! Reagan went into active labor after a month of prodromal labor after doing the body balancing from Spinning Babies and the Miles Circut. (We recommend this to everyone especially if you are planning an induction.)
