Elderberry Kit Instructions

We are prepping for the Katy Build Your Birth event on October 27th. One of the goodies we are giving away are elderberry syrup kits. I will post the link the day of and send it to anyone who needs it.

To make the elderberry syrup, pour the entire packet into 1 cup of water. Simmer until liquid is reduced and becomes about half of the previous size. Add 1/4th cup of local, raw honey, then strain into a bottle. Keeps well for a month in the refrigerator.
