Best Vitamins and Supplements for Pregnancy

I'm very picky about what herbs and supplements I use. I've used a lot and most of them just didn't do it for me. Here are a few that I have personally used and highly recommend.

Pregnancy is super rough on your digestive system, but having a great probiotic can really be helpful to you and your baby! This one is specially designed to be above the average probiotic with digestive enzymes to help you better digest food and reduce heartburn.



and of course, you can't have an article about vitamins in pregnancy withoutincluding a prenatal! I especially love this one because pills made me so sick, but this great tasting liquid was so much better and easy on my stomach during pregnancy. If you have trouble with pills, I really recommend you give it a try.



I was so anemic my entire pregnancy. If you've ever been iron deficient, I'm sure you remember how tired and awful you felt. This liquid iron was a gamechanger during pregnancy and saved me from needing an IV iron infusion. It tastes great and is super easy for your body to use and absorb. Pro tip, take it with a glass of orange juice for extra vitamin C and absorbtion.
